• Self-Reports & Reflections: We store the data you input regarding your daily well-being, sleep quality, goal progress, and favorite mantras.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• App Usage: We track when you complete certain milestones, such as onboarding or daily reports, to help you stay on track.
• Device Information: We collect your device's push notification token (FCM) so we can send you bedtime reminders and daily mantras.

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Personalization: To assign mantras and content that align with your specific concerns and goals.
• Reminders: To send push notifications based on your set bedtime and wake time.
• Progress Tracking: To allow you to visualize your wellness journey through self-reports and reflections.
