Insurance Plans & PBM Reform

Legislation was killed this year, but we’re already working towards 2026.

Thank you for choosing us! Your independent, woman-owned, small business.

Cash Loyalty Plan

In today’s upside down market, most Deschutes County insurance plans don’t pay us enough to cover the cost of buying drugs, let alone dispense them.
We do have a Cash Loyalty Plan than allows you to opt out of insurance and pay our cash price to cover our actual costs of buying and dispensing your medication.

2026 Commercial Plans that are more likely to support our existence & cover our true costs:

  • Moda (Navitus)
  • Providence
  • FEP

2026 Commercial Plans that are likely to cover our drug costs and half of our dispensing costs:

  • United Healthcare / OptumRx
  • Regence

2026 MEDICARE Plans that are likely to support our existence & cover our true costs:

  • United Healthcare / AARP
  • Navitus

We understand that your options in Deschutes County are extremely limited and we appreciate your support!!

2026 Plans that will reimburse us less than our cost to buy and dispense your medication:

  • Pacific Source
  • Humana
  • Anthem

If you’re unhappy with your options or would just like to support us, reach out to your elected officials and ask them to support PBM Reform!

Because PBMs control your cost, our reimbursement, and what your insurer pays. They pocket billions of dollars in the process and pay us LESS than our cost to dispense your medication MOST of the time.

In 2024 the three main PBMs controlling 80-85% of the drug supply chain (and paying us less than our costs) netted 40 billion dollars in profit.
