- They refuse to negotiate a contract that even covers our drug costs.
- Also note that as of 10/18/25 Pacific Source does NOT have a contract secured with St Charles Hospital as well.

Why PBM reform?
Because PBMs control your cost, our reimbursement, and what your insurer pays. They pocket billions of dollars in the process and pay us LESS than our cost to dispense your medication MOST of the time.
In 2024 the three main PBMs controlling 80-85% of the drug supply chain (and paying us less than our costs) netted 40 billion dollars in profit.
