Patient/Customer Responsibilities

We expect all patients and customers to treat our staff and other patients/customers with courtesy and respect. This policy does not require Westside Pharmacy staff to tolerate abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior, regardless of the patient’s protected status.

Reporting a Concern

If any patient or customer believes they have been subjected to discrimination by our staff or have witnessed a violation of this policy, they should immediately inform the pharmacy owner at info@westsidebendrx.com with subject DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT.

Patients also have the right to file a complaint with external agencies, including:
